Introduction The β-1,4-endoglucanase can selectively effect on β-1,4-glycosidase key, as a result, decompose cellulose chain partially.
Cellulose is the most potential raw material for ethanol production, the use of cellulose has attracted much attention.
The obtained recombinant engineered bacteria provides good material for industrial production, but the problem is that the optimum growth temperature of engineered bacteria is lower, which is difficult in actual production.

The key points of water environment in China are financial audit and compliance audit, and performance audit rarely involves the water environment.
Therefore, in order to play the effects of water environmental audit more effectively, some projects as an independent performance audit projects should have a clear idea of the basic performance audit, and should be not only satisfied with the discovery of some illegal financial revenue and expenditure audit problems, but also take these issues as a basic materials for performance audits and to analyze the reasons, and then put forward opinions and suggestions to promote water pollution prevention and environmental protection .
It is important to focus on the introduction which has the knowledge of statistics, legal and environmental engineering and other aspects of knowledge, and it can enrich the team of water environmental audit.
