Abstract.
The technique started relatively late in textile and apparel field, and the keys to the study were on the surface characteristics of fiber material, quality evaluation of semi finished cotton web, quality evaluation of yarn and performance evaluation of fabric surface[1], test for yarn blending ratio, performance test for fabric appearance[2], determination of fabric density and automatic recognition of fabric structure[3], determination of non-woven fabric orientation and so on.
For the gray value is influenced by the material’s color, light intensity, and how the image is processed, it can not give the information directly, but can be used in the third index.

Abstract.
The proton exchange membrane fuel cell diffusion layer usually is composed of opaque material that possesses electrical conductivity.
The mesoscopic scale and the characteristic of particle make the method have certain application areas in dealing with the problem of multiphase flow, the key of lattice Boltzmann model is the determination of the equilibrium function.
So a good diffusion layer can only be obtained through the common consideration of porous media microstructure and material.
