For the 90/65nm node of the ITRS Road Map [1] enhanced mobility has been achieved by channel strain engineering.
These have enough similarity to silicon to envisage the use of existing silicon process equipment for device fabrication in these materials.
In the oxygen lean materials the spectra are dominated by the emission from the E-centre.
Acknowlegments We would like to thank the Engineering and Physical Research Council (EPSRC) UK, INTAS and the State Committee for Science and Technology of Belarus (Grant INTAS-Belarus 03-50-4529) for their financial support of this work.

The catalyst can process raw materials with high total acid numbers using two stages project.
Bio-enzyme technology is attractive but has not been industrialized due to engineering problems and short enzyme life [10-13].
The results were effective though the reaction also need purification of raw materials in a batch operation mode [27,28].
Experimental section Materials Soybean oil was bought from the local market, with an acid value of 0.2mg KOH/g.

Introduction When developing new dental restorative materials, manufacturers must be able to predict the properties of new materials and their performance in the oral environment.
Also, dental materials are tested to predict the wear performance of new materials before launching to a competitive market [44].
