A major limitation of established degradable implant materials is the fact, that their degradation behavior can not be reliably predicted applying existing experimental methodologies.
Introduction Biodegradable polymers, like aliphatic poly(a-hydroxy esters) have found several application as implant materials over the last decades.
Surgical sutures, fracture and craniomaxillofacial fixations and materials in controlled drug delivery systems are prominent examples [1-5].
In biomaterial-based Regenerative Therapies such as tissue engineering approaches or stimulation of endogenous regeneration degradable polymers can be applied as temporary substitutes for the extracellular matrix (ECM) [6,7].
Here the below described combined knowledge-based approach can be useful, which is composed of two key elements.

Abstract.
Ways and methods to solve the problem Innovative education is complete system engineering, involving many aspects such as the operating system, management mechanism, teaching links, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching aids, examination system, evaluation system, etc. 1.
(1) We need to construct a multi-dimensional and interactive classroom teaching system, change the past teaching method of “three centers” (with teachers as the center, the classroom as the center and teaching materials as the center) and attach importance to the subject role and dynamic role of students in learning activities

It is not hard to know that in the product symbol blending with the image, the image corresponds with the designatum of the product symbol, which means the image is attached to the designatum and is the key to convey the semantic meaning.

The surface buoys can be made with composite materials and be fixed on the pile cap or anchorage by mooring.
When the ship is hit, the ship slowly forward through dragging anchorage by the intercept cable, which can consume a lot of energy and play a role of intercept and anti collision; (4) There is a large range of effective protection to assure P15 and P16 piers against ship collision and has some protective effect for the remaining side pier; (5) The collision avoidance system is suitable for all ship types, especially for the ship with ball nose bow; (6) because the key components of the entire system is the cable, once the cable breaks due to corrosion or the occurrence of ship collision, the job of changing cables can be carried out in low water or dry season.

Mixed ligand complexes have a key role in biological chemistry because the mixed chelation occurs commonly in biological fluids as millions of potential ligands are likely to compete for metal ions in vivo[17].

Application of Wide Band Oxide Semiconductor in Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells

Recently, nickeloxide(NiO) thin film has attracted considerable attention because it can be used as a p-type transparent conducting film, an active electrode in electrochromic devices, and resistance change material in resistance random access memory(RRAM) devices [7].
It is known that as a p-type semiconductor material, the resistivity of nickel oxide film depends on the concentration of cation (Ni) vacancies.
But deadly factor of 4-8 nm thick NiO solar cells is fill factor (FF), they all have poor FF, larger leakage current and deficient electron blocking capability maybe the key factors.
