For the 90/65nm node of the ITRS Road Map [1] enhanced mobility has been achieved by channel strain engineering.
These have enough similarity to silicon to envisage the use of existing silicon process equipment for device fabrication in these materials.
In the oxygen lean materials the spectra are dominated by the emission from the E-centre.

Photocatalytic H2 evolution under visible-light irradiation on modified TiO2 catalysts Huirong Liang1,2,a, Liejin Guo2,b 1Xi’an Shiyou University, Xi’an, China 2State Key Laboratory of Multiphase Flow in Power Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China ahrliang@mail.xjtu.edu.cn, blj-guo@mail.xjtu.edu.cn Keywords: hydrogen evolution, photocatalyst, titanium dioxide.
In addition, as a simple structure and excellent stability, TiO2 is also the best model material to study photochemical and photophysical properties of the catalysts.
The reference sample of TiO2 is prepared with butyl titanate, isopropyl alcohol and concentrated nitric acid as raw materials by the sol-gel method.
The identification and molecular structure of the materials are confirmed by the Raman spectra which are performed on the Jobin Yvon LabRAM HR Spectrometer using 514.5nm irradiation from an argon ion laser at 20 mW.

Structural Evolution and Microwave Dielectric Properties of Ba(Co1/3(Nb1-xW5x/6)2/3)O3 Ceramics Zhefei Wanga*, Chenyao Zhaib and Xuhong Wangc Department of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, Changshu Institute of Technology, Changshu 215500, China a*wangzhefei19880826@126.com, b1003607352@qq.com, cwangxuhongjp@cslg.edu.cn Keywords: complex perovskite; dielectric property; 1:2 ordered structure; W6+ substitution Abstract.
Introduction Microwave dielectric ceramics are the core materials for microwave resonators and filters which are the prime components in wireless telecommunication systems, such as mobile communications, satellite broadcasting.
Excellent microwave dielectric materials generlly meets the demands of high dielectric constant (εr), low dielectric loss (high Q×f) and near-zero temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf ) [1, 2].

Mechanism of precipitate removal of arsenic and bismuth impurities from copper electrolyte by antimony Faxin XIAO1,2,a, Dao CAO1,b,Jianwei MAO1,b,Xiaoni SHEN1,c 1School of materials science and engineering, Henan university of science and technology, Luoyang, Henan, 471003, China; 2Henan key laboratory of advanced nonferrous metal materials, Luoyang, Henan, 471003, China a: hkdxfx@163.com. b: hkdyejin@163.com. c:shen135@163.com Keywords: mechanism; removal; copper electrolyte; self-purification; arsenic; antimony; bismuth Abstract: This paper aims to discover the mechanism of removal of arsenic and bismuth from copper electrolyte under the function of antimony.
Introduction The production of copper from sulphide raw materials by pyrometallurgical processing leads to the production of impure copper anodes which can not meet the requirement for purity in the most applications fields, thus, copper must be electrorefined[1].
The conventional treatment has a number of disadvantages: (i) difficult materials handling, (ii) energy consumption, (iii) possibility of forming toxic arsine gas and (iv) loss of high value copper in a low value recycle product [3].

The 3D design models of machining parts which are received by process engineer are usually transformed into two dimensional (2D) engineering drawings, which are used for guiding machining by workers.
The model based definition can express multiple product information completely with the 3D model, which also contain the information of 2D engineering drawing.
The course of process is actually the evolution that workblank is machined into design model by removing the extra materials.

Controllable luminescent properties of phosphors Sr2.97-xCaxMgSi2O8: Eu0.012+, Dy0.023+ by adjusting Sr/Ca ratio Chu Jun Fu, Yi Hua Huaa, Yin Hai Wang and Hao Yi Wu School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou 510006, China ahuyh@gdut.edu.cn Key words: phosphor; X-ray diffraction; emission spectra; afterglow duration; Abstract.
In further investigations, they examined luminescence of a series of host materials Viz.
Analytical purity of SrCO3, CaCO3, SiO2, MgO, Eu2O3, Dy2O3 were acted as raw materials. 10M% H3BO3 was added as flux.
Hitachi F-7000 fluorescence spectrophotometer was used to reveal the emission spectra of the materials.
Thus, we can make the conclusion that adjusting the value of x of the phosphors Sr2.97-xCaxMgSi2O8: Eu0.012+, Dy0.023+ (x=0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 2.97)can affect the luminescence properties of the materials.
