Abstract
The removal of plasma etch residues by wet
cleaning is an alternative or additional process
to plasma processes, which are known to
degrade low-k and ultralow-k dielectric
materials.
Besides the usage of copper for metallization, the integration of low dielectric constant materials (low-k) for isolation is one way to lower delay times.
A low k-value is achieved by replacing Si-O by Si-C bondings inside the material, which have a lower polarizability, and by the introduction of porosity.
In copper damascene technology the isolating material is patterned before metallization by plasma etching using CF-containing chemistries.

In order to complete the task, students need access to collect and read many material, and some of these materials selection, processing and editing, for some material needs to be some notes and instructions, and finally through the landscaping design to form a fine pages, different groups will integrate their work together to form a feature rich web site.
Teachers, according to the theme of the content unit, from the Internet to download and search for more articles related to the topic of teaching at different levels of difficulty, illustrated reading materials, to organize a web page.
On the basis of learning in teaching, teachers provide students with a lot of reading materials to expand, expand the students input information to improve their reading skills.

Test materials and methods
Test materials. The various performance indicators of the fibers are show in Table 1.
Production and conservation of specimens. The PVA fiber must have a good dispersion, the mixing of all the materials are complete in the mortar mixer, which is JJ-5.
First, weighed cementitious materials (including cement and fly ash) and fine sand mixed about 2 minutes, then weighing good water-reducing agent dissolved in water are add to the mixture and stir about 3 to 5 minutes, finally join PVA fiber to stir about 4 to 5 minutes.

Introduction
As a critical process for adjusting the microstructure and mechanical properties of iron and steel materials, quenching is vital for producing high-strength plate with steady mechanical properties and good flatness.
For isotropic material, λx=λy=λz=λ.

Since soil or rock can act as both a support and a load, it is crucial to comprehend the material's strength and stability capabilities before beginning tunnel construction [4].
The material contained in the four drill points learned is basalt lava.
Fresh because there is no sign of weathered rock material, the discoloration is very low on the discontinuity surface[9].
Slightly weathered because of indication of color changes in rock and surface discontinuities and color changes occurring in all rock materials[9].

Often such a base layer performs building materials arising as waste during mining (eg. coal) or as waste generated in blast furnaces (slag).
Bedrock formed embankment was evaluated, which was stored in large layers and was a mound of non-cohesive materials.
