Secondly, the alumina powder with mean diameters of 5 um and 25um was selected as dielectric material, which was prepared the ceramic slurry.
It is easy to change the dielectric volume fraction of dielectric rods in the CAD/CAM system, and diamond crystals with different the radius cylindrical rods have also been fabricated using the same method and material.
For diamond crystals, the dielectric volume fraction is equal to r/a (“r” denotes the radius of the rod, “a” denotes lattice constant), which indicated the ratio of high dielectric material and low dielectric material, and that ratio would affect electromagnetic wave scattering and finally form different the range of band gap.

Abstract.
Scheme 1 Perkins group reported 2,5-dimethylfuran (75%, containing 25% 2-butanone) was used as raw material undergoing sulfuric acid-acetic acid-catalyzed hydrolysis at 90 oC~110 oC to give 2,5-hexanedione (Scheme 2) and it was necessary to have basic neutralization reaction and rectifying purification for removing 2-butanone [7].
The raw material 2,5-dimethyfuran was bought from Shijiazhuang Dongfeng Chemicals Co., Ltd.
Therefore, it could be reused as raw material.

Abstract.
This change is related with the choice of elastomer material and varistor material [4].
To simplify the process and prevent the stress caused by the difference of material thermal expansion coefficient, polysilicon thin film is selected as resistive material.
