Introduction Magnesium alloys are currently the lightest alloys used as structural metallic alloys, and Mg products have been applied for structural uses such as automobile parts and electric appliance cases, such as hydrogen storage materials [1].

Introduction MoSi2 with a C11b crystal structure is a promising material for high-temperature structural applications due to its excellent high-temperature properties [1].

While stealing structure suffers complex stresses, it is very difficult to accurately calculate stress and deformation during sealing process due to nonlinear of material and geometry deformation as well as nonlinear variation of contact boundary.
structure are treated as a overall rigid body, without regard to the material differences.
Then mesh every component.Because the rubber is incompressible ,belonging to the highly nonlinear hyperelastic material , so the problem is actually a nonlinear contact analysis .

During the start of the process, the material is deformed elastically (I).
The process continues and the yield strength of the blank material is reached (II).
The region C and D undergoes plastic deformation, which causes work hardening in materials but not undergoes separation.

Introduction Compared with silicon steel sheet, Fe-6.5wt%Si alloy is an excellent soft magnetic material, which has high permeability, high saturation magnetization density B and lower power loss.
Therefore this material can be widely used in many fields, such as electric generator, transformer, and so on.
Experimental Preparation of samples The raw materials were weighted at the ration of Fe 93.5 wt% and Si 6.5 wt%, then they were melted in mid-frequency smelter, and atomized by nitrogen atomization at last.
