Experimental Materials and Instrumentation Quercetin standard was purchased from the national institute for the control of pharmaceutical and biological products (China), Laboratory reagents were analytical grade reagents, the experimental water is distilled water, it was purified by the purifier.The WR-E microwave sample preparation system was from Beijing Mei Cheng Co., the equipment power was 850 W, the volume of the extraction inner tank was100 mL, the volume of the extraction outer tank was 160 mm × 62 mm (length × diameter), U-3010 UV - visible spectrophotometer (Japan Hitachi).

Our work is based on reactions of particularly hospital green vat dyed cellulose with materials that creates an ionic character to the cellulose.
These reactions produce ionic cellulose that can react with a poly ionic material of opposite charge to form cross links.
Experimental Materials: Industrial Vat dyed hospital green 100% cotton fabric used in this study.
