It was noted that a high layer thickness (0.254 mm), 0o orientation and 0o raster angle resulted in optimised value of tensile strength (36.50 MPa), flexural strength (52.33 MPa), impact strength (89.51 Jm-1) and compressive strength (35.91 MPa) with a recommendation that other plastic materials and increased level range can be employed as further study.
