Introduction Nickel-based single crystal superalloys are predominately used as materials for turbine blades in aero-engines because of their excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.

Among studied molecules the λhole values of Si(TFP)Cl2 is close to its λelectron’s, therefore Si(TFP)Cl2 should be promising candidates of red light-emitting materials with high efficiency.
Furthermore, the λelectron values of studied compounds are closed to that of tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3)[23] which is conventional electron transport materials.
This indicates they could be good electron transport materials from the standpoint of λ.
Thus they could be good hole transport material from analyze of λ.
This present study dedicates to find out how the ruffled conformational distortions of the porphyrin ring affect the charge injection and transfer ability, and hope to broaden the application of distorted porphyrin in different fields such as light harvesting materials and the photodynamic therapy.

Circular agriculture is to realize the materials and energy to be multi-level used through the design and management of agricultural eco-economic system, and to achieve the industry goal of maximum utilization, the lowest investment, renewable resource efficient recycling,pests and pollution control in the agricultural system[1].Using the thought of sustainable development ,methods of ecological engineering, technology and innovation, it could improve the multistage material energy utilization and looking for more circular nods[2].
Some countries control the price of global bio-energy raw materials [10], and manipulate the international raw materials market.
It not only increases the food production, but also provides rich raw materials for bio-energy development.
There are plenty of trees and flowers for urban greening and a large number of biomass materials.
If the materials developed reasonably, abundant raw materials and fertilizers would be provided for the development of bio-energy and circular agriculture, and that will have a wide prospect for development.

Shortages of engineering and technical persons, combined persons, skill workers are more prominent.According to recent data published by China Statistical Yearbook[2], The share of construction professionals, engineering and technical staff and enterprise management is lower than the national average about 3-5%.
Personnel who are familiar with new technology, new equipment, new materials, new technology and technical are particularly less.Structural shortage of talent is evident, the actual number of talent have failed to meet actual enterprise’s needs.
The construction industry is a huge engineering system, the kind of work is various, the work procedure is complex, the high or low level technology personnel are needed at the same time, the necessary persons include have project managers, engineers, technicians, construction workers, security staff, quality inspector, machine operator, surveying engineering, bricklayer, carpenter, electrician, fitter, plumber, painters, welders, riveter and so on, which require a large number of skilled workers.
