.%, leading to tin pest phenomenon in tin rich materials.
A possibility of b/a-transformation at some previous stages of changes occurring in oxidized tin-rich materials was mentioned by Chiavari et al. [4], but not related to published there EDXS results, where such phenomenon was not observed.
The present EDXS studies show the occurrence of the accelerated a-tin oxidation that may lead to final deterioration of tin-rich lead-free materials.

Compared to crystalline materials, the amorphous semiconductors differ structurally, optically and electrically, hence the nature of carrier transport through such amorphous materials differ.
As seen in Fig. 9, the Brownian motion mobility of holes in the two amorphous materials is identical.
The electron mobility has been shown to be higher than hole mobility in both the materials, as is the case with crystalline materials as well.

So, to improve the performance of hydraulic control systems, it is essential to develop new types of servovalves based on new technology and new materials.
Giant magnetostrictive actuator (GMA) based on giant magnetostrictive materials (GMM) has large blocked force, high energy density, and large bandwidth capabilities.
The anhysteretic magnetization Ma can be obtained from the Langevin function (3) where a is the constant of the material dependent in part on microstructure.

However, the material quality of nc-Si:H is influenced by a wide range of process parameters during the fabrication process of the films [3-6].
For example, it has been recognized that hydrogen plays a crucial role in the properties of the materials.
High hydrogen dilution is needed to grow crystalline as opposed to amorphous silicon materials.

At present, the new cheap adsorption materials bentonite in heavy metal ions adsorption got application (LIU Taoxiang,2012), but bentonite as a new type of absorbent of the raw material, directly used for water treatment of absorbent, poor effect.
Materials and Method Materials Experiment with bentonite is clastic rocks and volcanic lava classics decency and become, including quartz, feldspar, perlite, zeolite and impurities, bentonite of montmorillonite in the content of about 60%.
