The paper presents a design method for the application of GA-BP Neutral Network in optimum direction for catalytic agent and material.
Introduction The research on the relation among composition, structure, and properties is a subject throughout the material science.
The traditional research methods on trial-and-error empirical or semi-empirical materials waste a lot of resources, manpower and time.

Particles inside martial (atoms, molecules and particle swarm) will generate elastic waves from the transient release of strain energy as a result of the relative motion inside the materials.
AE is defined as transient elastic waves generated from a rapid release of strain energy caused by a deformation or damage within or on the surface of a material [1].

However, more than two-thirds of these materials end up in landfills and only 15% are recycled [3].
It is a line of fabrics made with textile residues from its production processes without the need to use only virgin raw materials.
These materials are defibrillated in a mechanical process and new threads are created.
Currently, this process is carried out by a partner company, outsourced by Riopele, specialized in recycling these materials and transforming them into new yarns.

Besides the usage of copper for metallization, the integration of low dielectric constant materials (low-k) for isolation is one way to lower delay times.
A low k-value is achieved by replacing Si-O by Si-C bondings inside the material, which have a lower polarizability, and by the introduction of porosity.
In copper damascene technology the isolating material is patterned before metallization by plasma etching using CF-containing chemistries.

In packaging industry, it uses fast-drying inks for printing large areas on plastic, foil, acetate film, brown paper, and other materials [5].
However, in research development, PVC material is used for mold development due to its have lowers cost and hard material characteristic.
According to Huang study on non-linear mechanical behavior of PDMS, he states that the PDMS is almost incompressible and stress-stretch response of these materials shows significant variability based on ratio between pre polymer and curing agent [11].

Section of beam and column, floor and wall materials which are adopted in two kinds of structure systems are shown in Table 1.
Using different structural materials, the upper structure construction period has a greater impact, but also suffers from the influence of environmental and construction season, geological conditions and many other factors.
There is very big impact on cost of the basis for Different structural materials, so cost of the basis is included in the overall costs.

Among them, NaYF4 has attracted great interest since last decade due to its potential use as a host material for up-conversion phosphors [2–6], which is one of the most promising materials for solid-state lasers[2].
Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped fluorides are efficient materials for near-infrared to visible UC [10,13].
