The outgassing rate from the interior materials of the chamber is another important factor that influences the chamber pressure.
In brief, the chamber pressure was affected by both leakage from the air bearing and outgassing from the interior materials of the chamber.

At the moment, Dalian Maritime University has formed four groups of maritime disciplines: group of navigation disciplines, group of shipping and engineering disciplines, group of transportation law, economics and management, and group of the basis of humanities and social science disciplines.
Through consulting a large number of data and the senior education experts interview, we take talent training , science and technology innovation , social service as the evaluation indexes, use the Delphi method for initial evaluation value.
