Such a situation requires the search for and the development of inexpensive and stable electrode materials, showing low polarization to hydrogen evolution reduction (HER).
The main objective of this work was the electrochemical preparation and characterization of the Ni and Cu oxides/hydroxides electrodeposited over stainless steel substrate, as electrocatalytic materials for HER in alkaline water electrolysis.

It is known that dislocations, i.e., linear defects of the crystal lattice that violate the correct alternation of atomic planes, affect the processes of plastic deformation and fracture of materials under the influence of stresses.
Exact solutions to such problems were found only in exceptional cases; this mainly refers to incompressible materials.
For compressible materials, only two exact solutions are known in problems of wedge disclination - for a semilinear material and a simplified version of the Blaitz and Co material.

In the recovery phase, we assume that all the necessary materials in the first few stages has been transported to the destination.
But after this critical moment how to recycle surplus materials because of the blindness is worth studying.
Collection is completed in the rescue place and then transport recyclable materials to the emergency material dispatching center.

Data show that: rubber oil is a kind of ideal edible oil material, the report to be further testing in practice [3].
The oxidation stability of antioxidant can improve plant oil is due to the higher antioxidant reactivity, easy and plant oil initially generated free radical reaction, generate more stable material, delay of chain reaction.
The experiment data proves that: put forward the rubber seed oil is excellent material manufacturing and processing of soap, paint, lubricating base oil.
