Epitaxial Growth of “Strain-Free” Indium Oxide Films on (111) Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia by Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition

In combination with zinc oxide (Eg ≈ 3.2 eV), gallium oxide (Eg ≈ 4.9 eV) and aluminum oxide (Eg ≈ 9 eV), band-gap engineering and heterostructure device for electronic and optoelectronic applications are foreseeable.[1, 2] For decades, however, In2O3 is only used as transparent electrode material in light emitting diodes, photovoltaic devices, and flat panel display, usually in the form of polycrystalline thin films deposited by sputtering technique. [3-7] The realization of real semi-conductor devices typically requires highest crystalline quality which is commonly achieved by epitaxial growth methods.[8-10] The thermodynamically stable phase of In2O3 under ambient conditions is the body center cubic bixbyite structure (space group Iα3) with lattice parameter of a = 10.117 Å.[1, 11] Since single crystalline In2O3 substrates are not commercially available, epitaxial In2O3 films have been usually grown on yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates.[12-14] YSZ at the 17% Y doping level

The Key Issues of Existing-structure with Story-adding Analysis Strengthening Design.
The selection of the damping parameters should be chosen by the material of main stress components, and selecting the damping parameters for the overall structure.
The damping coefficient of the reinforced concrete composite structure is 0.05, the damping coefficient of the steel structure is 0.02, and the damping coefficient is determined 0.04 according to the engineering experience value.
In modal analysis, steel and concrete are considered to be elastic material.
