Introduction
The long-term usage of polymer composite materials in modern construction can be exemplified by basalt fiber-reinforced (BFRP) and glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) bars which undergo a prolonged exposure to loads, temperature and concrete environment during their exploitation (from 50 to 100 years) [1−3].
A fairly large number of studies are known that investigate individual factors influencing the durability of composite materials.

It changes the structure of natural environment due to human production and life, establishes material circulation and energy flow which take human and human’s environment as core.
Agricultural ecological environment is good, the mountain vegetables, the middle mountain medicinal materials, the low mountain animal husbandry, forming modern agriculture ecology natural.
Here referring to zero pollution, including traffic construction, housing construction, energy using and so on, they are all the pollution-free raw materials, it really becomes an ecological tourist area.

At the same time, it can also present the character of the soil’s plastic deformation better, consider the geotechnical materials’ dilatancy and calculate easily for the model’s yield surface is smooth.
Considering the soil’s stress condition in soil nailing supporting, if using the Endo-cone, it will underestimate the strength of materials, and the result will be conservative.
This article uses the External-cone, the respective value of material constants α, k is, (5) When calculating the soil-nail bracing, it can be found that the most horizontal displacement of foundation wall sites in the middle and lower part, even get the deformation towards the lateral of the foundation by using linear elastic model or Mohr-Coulomb model.
