In the molten pool stage, stresses along the x and y directions decrease to zero as a result to the lost plasticity of materials.
Subsequently, with the gradual decrease of temperature at this point, materials cannot make free contraction due to confining by surrounding materials.
The significantly different physical properties between laser cladding materials and matrix materials, especially the differences of coefficient of thermal expansion, are often indispensible to prepare high-performance of laser cladding coating.
Structure, ductility and toughness of cladding coating determine crack resistance of relevant materials to some extent.

There are several advantages about fiberglass molding, such as: molds are simple, materials are cheap, production cycle is short, and investments are small.
But by SPIF technology of sheet metal, we can choose more environmentally-friendly materials for building bus face and back, such as: aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
Considering following cutting and wielding, the original surface should be stretched a little to form a new single forming surface during engineering design (Fig. 20).

Introduction Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) are applied to the movement of material in the logisticssystem.
The system proposes an alternative to traditional materials-handling technology with more flexibility and comapatibility, and without infrastructure support such as the wires, magnets for navigation and location.
Location and navigation is the key technologies of AGV guidace.
The material handling tasks can be formed as , which means a combination of an vehicle, pick-up station and delivering station.

A novel embed fluorescence method for monitoring the change from emulsion polymeriztion to microemulsion polymerization Haike Feng College of Material, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Hangzhou Normal University, Hangzhou 310036, China fhkfhk@163.com Keywords: fluorescence method, emulsion, microemulsion, embed Abstract.
It is of fundamental interest to know when the system will change from emulsion into microemulsion In our novel embed fluorescence method, the fluorescence material is looked like embed in the polymer, and the trace amount of fluorescent probe material is first copolymer with monomer and it has the similar polymerization speed with monomer, so the polymerization degree could be obtained by follow the fluorescence intensity.
