The known key problem for these missions is the appropriate attitude control (AC) of the orbital platform that has to be assured through a low mass, low cost controller and effector, in contrast to the much larger applications from weather satellites to the Hubble Orbital Observatory.
Within the ADDA ground test facility the actual dynamics of the inertial, guided platform is explored, where the controller of the attitude is learned to act based on the equations of motion, with active thrusters driven along the time intervals where the binary flags δk are on (δk=1), (1) Volume integrals are performed into the mobile, material control volumes υk, which the observer preserves a fixed position with.

Electrothermal Modelling and Measurements of Parallel-Connected VTH Mismatched SiC MOSFETs under Inductive Load Switching Simon Mendy1,a, Ruizhu Wu1,b, Jose Ortiz Gonzalez1,c, Olayiwola Alatise1, d 1School of Engineering, University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom as.mendy@warwick.ac.uk, brobert.wu.1@warwick.ac.uk, cj.a.ortiz-gonzalez@warwick.ac.uk, do.alatise@warwick.ac.uk Keywords: SiC MOSFETs, FET, threshold voltage mismatch, gate synchronisation, current sharing, parallel-connected MOSFETs, inductive load switching, device under test - DUT Abstract In high current applications that use several parallel-connected SiC MOSFETs (e.g., automotive traction inverters), optimal current sharing is integral to overall system reliability.
While design engineers have traditionally used SPICE based models as diagnostic tools, their application depends on model availability and ease of parameter tuning.
The material constant, K, contains μ, which is overdrive voltage and temperature-dependent [12].
