Experimental material.
Figure 1 presents the analyzed material.
The material was sieved using ten test sieves, with openings sizes ranging from 24 to 115 mesh, plus a pan in the bottom, during 60 min. in a sieve shaker (BerTel); then the retained materials in each sieve and in the bottom pan were weighted.

Such suggestions were put forward as increasing the anti-collision space, enhancing the strength of structural materials, performing stricter acceptance check for the outsourced casters and confirming the process inspection of semi-finished products.
Such suggestions were put forward as increasing the anti-collision space by improved design and confirming the inspection as well as enhancing the strength of structural materials by improved design and confirming the inspection.
As for problems in manufacture of baby walkers, such as unqualified outsourced casters and the processing technique not always in conformity with requirements for accessible parts, following suggestions were put forward for improvement: checking before accepting outsourced materials and components in strict accordance with requirements in product design/process documents; intensifying the control of key procedures in production and selecting the appropriate process for and controlling procedures with product safety easily out of control; carrying out the process inspecting of semi-finished/finished products strictly in accordance with requirements in design/process documents and the conformance testing procedures to ensure batch products meet safety standards and requirements.

The device should have the strength of rebar and the deformation capacity of Split Set bolts (Fig. 1), with the ability to be rapidly mobilized to a load level similar to the strength of the material.
The resistance is constant and close to the strength of the rod material.
Conclusions The new bolt utilizes the plastic properties of steel during drawing operations which is able to carry constant loads that is close to the strength of rod material.

When the liner is integrated, a voltage impressed across the liner produces a relatively uniform voltage potential distribution in the materials above and below the liner [9, 10].
Therefore, leaks can be located by measuring the potential distribution patterns in the material above or below the liner.

Abstract: In order to predict the mechanical property during the actual production of gray cast iron, to qualify the casting for the requirement of mechanical property and to control the cost, in this paper a series of anatomy and mechanical property experiments are conducted based on the automobile engine cylinder head processed through the actual production.

When these formations are no larger than ~3 nm and intergrain distances are small, the interactions between grains are strong, which negatively affects the quality of materials for many applications.
The Fe(001)/Pd(001) bilayer structure was formed by sequential thermal deposition of Fe and Pd onto single-crystal MgO(001) substrates with the use of electron bombarding of crucibles with these materials in vacuum at a residual pressure of 10-6 Torr.
The granular FePd3 from 5-nm crystal grains of the magnetic material formed in the insulating Al2O3 matrix.
