According to literature [12, 13], the groove area density (Sp) and the groove aspect ratio (e) are the two keys parameters for the surface texturing, and they could be defined as follows: Sp =( 2rp / ζ)*100, e = hp / 2rp Fig. 1 Schematic drawing of PR-CL interface with oil grooves.
According to Greenwood and Tripp's model of asperity contact [10], assuming that the surface roughness of the piston ring and cylinder bore to be isotropic, the asperity contact pressure can be expressed as: Pasp=16215π(ηβσ)2E σβF2.5H (5) Where β is the radius of curvature of asperity peak, η is the asperity density, and É the composite elastic modulus of the surface materials.

Brief Analysis of the Technical Points about the Tailings Pond Environmental Impact Assessment Huilun Chen1, a 1 School of Civil & Environmental Engineering, and National International Cooperation Base on Environment and Energy, University of Science & Technology Beijing, 100083 Beijing, China achenhuilun@gmail.com Keywords: Tailings pond; Environmental impact assessment (EIA); Technical points Abstract.
As the key installation of ore dressing plants, tailing ponds are artificial high debris flow sources and environment pollution sources [2].
Selecting favorable terrain is very important, which can form enough storage capacity with very short dam, call for small scale engineering of the initial and final dam, and material nearby is enough.
In addition, if the drainage discharge tailings engineering facilities can not take the role, once the flood comes, the dam environmental risks will outbreak, endangering the safety of residents downstream, so the environmental risk assessment of the dam will be the most important part of the EIA [3].
Meanwhile, according to the Standard for Pollution on the Storage and Disposal Site for General Industrial Solid Wastes (GB18599-2001), environmental management of closed tailings pond are as follows: tailings pond closed design requires engineering process; prior to closing the pond, it needs completion of acceptance.
