Helical cooling jacket is usually provided in the motor stator and the casing connections, its role is the heat away on the stator, cooling jacket adopts thermal resistance smaller materials and its external have spiral groove[4].The traditional methods can only be steady cool temperature of the spindle temperature , can't satisfy purpose that the electric spindle quickly achieve heat balance and make the whole process in thermal equilibrium.

This paper supposes a perforated T-shaped steel dampers uses T-shaped steel for the material.
With the improvement of science and technology and people's living standard, the ability of prevent earthquake disasters has been improved, the structure of the damping control technology has get more and more researchers’ attention both at home and abroad due to its characteristic of economy applicable energy consumption, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and the better damping effect. so the technology has become an effective method to dissipate earthquake energy.
T -type mild steel damper is made from steel Q235, wide-flange steel model T200 × 204 × 12, a length of 300mm, for the Fig.1: Fig.1 Schematic diagram of T with perforation types This damper choose the force in the plane , since the greater stiffness of the steel and prone to shear yield to dissipate energy under the form of force , in order to overcome the deficiencies of damper in the form of the plate force , we choose openings in the plate plane to achieve the purpose of multi -point yield at the same time.Material constitutive relation uses ideal elastic-plastic material model , the relevant parameters in Table 1.In the Table 1, is yield stress, is ultimate strength, E is modulus of elasticity, is yield strain and is ultimate strain.

Abstract
The paper presents load analysis of a Superskin layered helmet by finite element method.
Material Properties.
Linear properties [2] of the layers are given in the following table: Table 1: Material Properties Mechanical Properties Units EPS foam GRP shell Superskin (Santoprene) Density kg/m3 145 1200 900 Compressive Young’s Modulus MPa 1.5 1870 2 Poisson’s Ratio -- 0.2 0.4 0.3 Since the impact is in transverse direction, the Young’s modulus of GRP shell is taken in transverse direction-parallel to the direction of load. 2.3 Load and constraint details.
