The existing theories and engineering practices have proven that radiant cooling has outstanding advantages including high comfort performance, excellent energy-saving effect, transferring peak energy consumption, improving network efficiency, providing conditions for renewable resources of natural cooing quiet operation, saving building space, etc.
Due to the short tube length from the chiller to the radiant terminal and the effective insulation, it can be considered that the temperatures of supply and return water at the radiant terminal inlet and outlet are the same. 3.3.2 Anti-condensation Analysis Anti-condensation is the key of the operation of the radiant cooling system operation and the primary task of the system.

Abstract:By analyzing the typical fire casesand tunnel fire statistics during 2008 to 2013 in Fujianprovince of China, results shows that the main causesfor the fire were vehicle accidents and spontaneous combustion.
Introduction In recent years, with the rapid development of the transport industry, tunnels are emerging and the trafficsare increasing.The number and the frequency of vehicles which carrying all kinds of combustible material through tunnel is growing, and also the frequency of tunnel fire is increasing year by year.
Combined with the types of flammable materials and combustion state, the tunnel fires classificationsare shown in Table 4.
In short, the maximum temperature and the product concentration in the reaction zone are the key parameters when solid combustible turn into the fire.
Most of the fires are simultaneously burning several combustible materials.
