Abstract.
So the action mechanism combining axial flow impeller and radial flow impeller is designed to achieve the coupling of advantageous characters on aspects of cycle and shear under the effect of the two types of impellers and construct pulp-mixing strengthening system, thus enabling the pulp-mixing materials to achieve good cycle and obtain the shearing effects.
Since baffle is the key factor to promote the effective achievement of shearing effect[10], the baffles then become the necessary accessory units of double-impeller configuration.

The communication between the monitoring terminal and center is based on GPRS wireless data transmission technology, and the GPRS module is a key part of the implementation of GPRS communication.
