Numerical analysis of the sludge drying behaviors with bottom periodic heating Wu Zhi-Gena, Cui Peng-Yib and Tao Wen-Quanc School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai, China awuzhigen@tongji.edu.cn, bcuipengyi2005@yahoo.com.cn, cwqtao@mail.xjtu.edu.cn Keywords: Sludge drying; Numerical analysis; Ground heating; Abstract.
Thirdly, the high-temperature treatment makes the products become the pathogen free stabilized materials, which have considerable potential as the fertilizer and soil conditioner.
Considering the feasibility of real engineering application, 40cm depth sludge is recommended.
Based on the numerical results and the feasibility of engineering application, the energy consumption of 40cm depth sludge with 1 hour mixing time is more than 4 times higher than that without mixing process and 35.01% higher than that with 2 hour mixing cycle.

The real-time indicator could estimate the variability of asphalt mixture volume indices, and feedback the information to the mixing plant and construction of each link, then engineers adjust the mixing parameters and improve construction techniques to ensure construction quality of asphalt pavement. 2) In the asphalt pavement construction stage, according to the 3D information of pavement density or the pavement temperature, they could be finished such as analysing the heterogeneity of pavement construction, and puting forward the pavement indices of segregation degree, then optimizing the pavement construction technology, evaluating the quality of pavement construction.
According to input raw material data and mixture testing parameters into the software in the asphalt production process: which contains raw material density, specimen bulk volume density by Marshall Test method, and mixture theoretical maximum density by test method (Modified asphalt mixing use calculated theoretical maximum density), oil stone ration and each file aggregate match ration.
