When the volume fraction of inside carbide is same at the condition of hard abrasion, the loss wear weight of abrasive materials of hypoeutectic alloy is lower 90% than that of hypereutectic alloy.
But the weight of the wear resistant materials inside the hammerblock reduces with the increase of the thickness of the prevent-split board which makes the service life of the hammerhead decline.
With the comparison of composition and toughness of the two materials, it can be concluded that since content of C and alloy element is high, the deposited metal has well high temperature toughness, but the average service life of hammerhead made of the two materials is 9.6 months and 1 month.

Two dimensional acoustic manipulation in microfluidic channels Lin Xu1, 2, a and Adrian Neild 1, b 1Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Monash University, Clayton, Australia 2Department of Engineering Mechanics, Ningbo University, 818 Fenghua Road, Ningbo, China alin.xu@monash.edu, badrian.neild@monash.edu Keywords: Ultrasound, acoustic radiation force, particles, microfluidics Abstract.
Introduction In order to conduct useful lab on a chip experiments using microfluidics, key components are being continually developed, these include the ability to pump fluids, mix samples, sort particles and concentrate suspensions.
The key aspect is that both types of device use a one-dimensional standing pressure wave to achieve collection of particles into planes.
The lateral forces due to lateral variations in the acoustic field by the geometry and materials can result a two-dimensional pressure field by coupling with the axial radiation force effect.

The large setting angle of feeding screen surface could make the materials spread rapidly and go through the screen easily after entering the feeding screen, reduce screen surface wear, and increase the handling capacity per unit area; the diminishing setting angle of intermediate screen and discharge screen can lower relatively the speed of materials and improve the screening efficiency.

Although the gear cutting technology can guarantee the stability of production, but the technology has low productivity, low utilization of materials, high spending of equipment.
The material used in experiment was pure industry aluminum.
On consider of the product practice where the simple billet is hoped to use, combine with the admissible stress of the mold material, the Ø20×38.2 column billet was chosen.
