The dynamics analysis and control for axially moving continuous materials have received a growing attention in recent years.
In addition, further researches have proved that the direct fitting of natural frequencies with parameters tension, thickness and width can not meet accuracy requirements in engineering applications because of oversize errors.
The first three mode shapes of a strip (a) without tension and molten zinc (b) with tension, without molten zinc (c) with tension and molten zinc The width, thickness and tension of the strip are three key variables that determine free vibration frequencies.
As mentioned above, natural frequencies fitting with variables tension, thickness and width can not be used in engineering on account of oversize errors.

Introduction
The polarization state of reflected light associates with the material, roughness, geometry and other physical properties of reflective surface closely.
Accordingly, the polarization imaging technology can get richer information to improve the detection ability in the complex background than traditional radiation intensity-based imaging technology, which shows a wide applications in military investigation, medical testing, space exploration, material acceptance and meteorological science and so on[3].

When SDG goals and UNGC principles are integrated, we find that not all SDG goals can come under the umbrella of civil engineering which itself is a vast field.
Goals of SDG which directly come under the Civil Engineering are the ones which are related to Environment.
One of the goals besides those mentioned above can have an indirect relation with Civil Engineering is Goal-3 (Good Health and Well-being) because in order to achieve this goal healthcare facilities are required to be constructed or existing facilities need to be upgraded to meet a sustainable goal.
Similarly, Goal 7 is about ensuring access to clean and affordable energy, which is key to the development of agriculture, business, communications, education, healthcare, and transportation.
Around 20% of the global population lives in 70 countries boasting excellent conditions for PV (Photovoltaic; conversion of light into electricity using semiconducting materials).

Small concentration will affect anti-hardwate rability, stability, rust-proof ability and lubricity; high concentration can not only increase cost, but reduce defoaming ability and increase swelling ability to rubber sealing materials.
The key for high-precision real-time monitoring equipment which detects the concentration of emulsion is emulsion concentration sensor, above-mentioned detection methods all have corresponding sensors, but the commercialization of emulsion concentration sensor is still seldom.
