In order to understand the thermal evolution of tire tread rubber materials during rolling and skidding steps, new experimental and numerical studies were also realized on tire tread rubber.
However, numerical models based of Finite Element Method, FEM are still fundamental ways to predict the tire behaviour at higher speed, taking into account the high non-linearities related to materials especially for rubber material, and coupled phenomena (contact with friction, thermal-mechanical couplings, and internal dissipation).

Introduction
It spends a lot of cost to establish quality traceability of dairy products, But the Retroactive information sharing can shorten the traceability time of defective raw materials, reduce product recall cost, enhance consumer confidence in dairy products, and increase sales of the product.
1.1 Basic assumptions
To simplify the analysis, we make the following basic assumptions
①The manufacturers, retailers and other decisions are rational economic man, their goal is to maximize profits;
②Dairy demand is price-sensitive linear demand curves, the potential demand of the market (when the commodity is commodity price is zero, there is no market demand) unchanged;
③The original milk retail and wholesale prices influence by tracing information sharing degree, traceability information sharing degree increase, the control force of manufacturers to wholesale prices fall;

The overall design of colony analysis system
According to the characteristics of the colony, the system configuration used in this paper is shown in Figure 1, MVC1000 digital camera in Beijing microview Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is used as the image input device to capture images, PC is used as main equipment, image storage equipment and image output equipment, image processing software is developed with VC++ by ourselves.
Feature extraction and counting of colony image In this paper, on the basis of a great lot of materials and experimental analysis, the following colony feature parameters are extracted, such as the perimeter, area, shape factor, eccentricity and circularity, some of which is based on the features of the internal region of the target, and some of which is based on boundary feature of the target.
