The design of wind turbine blade involves various fields, such as aerodynamics, hydromechanics, structural dynamics, composite materials, computer studies.

Introduction Laser micromachining is one of the modern precision machining methods, especially in the rapid development in difficult machined materials.
The solid pulsed laser processing can directly machine and mill materials with high hardness, high strength, and high brittleness, which is a promising micro machining method.
In the process, due to thermal effect of the laser beam, the radiation area of the solid material is melted or gotten gasification in a short time, and the material leave the machined surface in the way of gas and liquid.
Equipments and materials The specimen chooses alloy steel (grade: 65Mn) and stainless steel (grade: SUS301), and JQM-1GY-120 laser machine (Nd:YAG) is used, as shown in Fig 3.
