The three-dimensional model created by Pro/Engineer made some simplify some structures which have no large effect on the characteristics of engine block, but the major structure dimensions and shapes retain completely in order to have an accuracy correct FEM analysis.
When the FEM model of engine block and crankshaft is completed, define the same free boundary conditions and the properties of material and elements using experimental and FEM method respectively.

System of ultrasonic motor is time-varying, coupling nonlinear seriously, such as driving circuit nonlinear, piezoelectric materials nonlinear, mechanical friction transmission nonlinear between the stator and rotor of ultrasonic motor and so on [1,2].
So, It is a key of ultrasonic motor speed control study how to overcome the motor inherent nonlinear for getting a good speed control properties [3].
According to the method of engineering setting gain the controller parameters as the initial parameters of the motor actual control ,then it is not adjusted depend on the effect of the actual control until obtain the suitable parameters.
Since the temperature rise in the motor running process cause the resonance frequency drift and the change of piezoelectric materials and other equivalent parameters that it made the motor’s speed slow drop.

Abstract.A series of organofunctional long-chain alkylfunctional silanes have been synthesized for the purpose of derivatization of micro- and nanoparticles and generation of molecular monolayers and films on the substrates. 11-bromoundecylsilane and 1, 10-disiladecane are evaluated to interact with a variety of clean hydrogenated metal and metalloid including titanium, silicon and silicon dioxide.
Although the bulk properties of materials mainly depend upon the inherent nature and structure, often their surface activities can be tailored by the adsorption or deposition of thin layers of organic molecule.

In this paper, the influence of the ion nitriding and subsequent wear resistant coating deposition ((Nb, Ti, Al)N) on the material properties of powder metallurgical high-speed steel PM-HSS (with the ultimate bending strength of 2600—3500 MPa, hardness of 66 HRC; Russian analogue is R12M3K5F2-MP) was investigated.
The influence of ion-plasma processing to the structure and material properties of nitrided case were studied using sample parts of 10x10x5 mm size that have been previously heat-treated.

Abstract.
Mildly acidic silica gel is a cheap catalytic support material highly resistant to the acidic medium and considerably applicable in cyclopentane oxidation under a harsh reaction conditions.
Experimental 2.1 Materials and Methods.
As given in Fig 2, almost monodispersed black dots indicate the existence of Au nanoparticles although the TiO2/SiO2 support material displays a strong background of the images.
Entry 1 and 2 of Table 1 demonstrate that the Au species play a key role for the cyclopentane oxidations since no oxidation products were detected when the reaction was attempted in the absence of gold.
