The main factors are: the quantity of the vertical reinforcing steel bar, the quantity of pressed RS bar, material intensity, axes forward pressure and shearing force of horizontal steel .
That is because CFRP is full flexibility material and it would weaken the effect the plasticity distortion of the steel bar when it is used with reinforcing steel bar together.
As for the capacity design, the relationship among controlled components, and corresponding relation among different capabilities, because the variability of material performance and the non-certain factors may cause non-ductility breakage, it need the further research on credibility in extension design.
