Building and Solution of Finite Element Analysis Model By taking the vehicle and bridge as two separate and independent systems, we respectively build finite element models with the general finite element software ANSYS, and simulate the action of the moving vehicle load on a large-span light bridge built with composite materials with a 1/4 vehicle model, as shown in Fig.1.
Based on the above key computation points, the specific computational steps of the coupled vehicle-bridge dynamics under ANSYS are as below: ① Build a finite element analysis model for the bridge; ② Enter the intrinsic parameters of the 1/4 vehicle model such as the mass, stiffness, and damping coefficients; ③ Enter the driving parameters of the vehicle model such as driving velocity, acceleration, eccentric distance, and roughness of the bridge deck; ④ Apply acceleration of gravity on the bridge structure, open the prestressing effect, close the time integration effect, and conduct a static analysis to obtain the parameters at the initial state; ⑤ Enter the instant dynamic analysis of ANSYS, determine the time step, and endow the initial computation conditions, to obtain the parameters at : coordinates of the contact point between the wheel and the bridge deck, vertical displacement, velocity, and acceleration of the node at the contact point between the wheel and the bridge

Among them, zinc phosphates as a functional materials are especially interesting for their rich structural chemistry and compositional diversity.
During the experiment, we found that this compound is a new engineered anti-corrosive pigment because it can efficiently enhance the inhibition properties of cathodic delamination front.
Also, the decomposition temperature (415 ℃) of this phosphate is higher than that of zincophosphate (<300 ℃), which is help to improve their thermal stability as a heat resisting material.
