Output-only Identification of Vibratory Machine Suspension Parameters under Exploitational Conditions

Abstract.
Results accuracy was verified by determining percentage relative error of mass estimation with respect to the value calculated based on the machine geometrical and material properties.
Therefore, in case of vibratory machines, condition monitoring and early detection of suspension faults are of key importance.
Scheme of the considered vibratory machine body [28] In order to verify the accuracy of estimated parameters, on the basis of geometrical (Fig. 5) as well as material properties, the approximate value of M2 was computed.
Approximate value of mass M2, determined on the basis of knowledge of machine geometrical (Fig. 5) and material properties, equals 138 [kg].

Due to the continuous development of urban construction and ever-enlarging lighting coverage, the traditional lighting management methods can not realize centralized monitoring, have poor real-time performance and cost lots of human and material resources; thus, can not satisfy the requirements of energy saving and efficiency improvement[1].
The communication between the monitoring terminal and center is based on GPRS wireless data transmission technology, and the GPRS module is a key part of the implementation of GPRS communication.
