Experiment Materials.
The materials utilized in this study comprise patchouli dregs sourced from local farmers in Aceh province, Indonesia, serving as the carbon source for producing adsorbents.
Deionized water, obtained from the Environmental Laboratory of Chemical Engineering at USK, was used as a solvent.
This phenomenon suggests the involvement of OH groups from various organic materials in producing regular crystal structures within the activated carbon [25].

Experimental Materials and Experiments.
The green attapulgite microspheres were using attapulgite powder (Yonglong Bangda New Materials Co., Ltd., China.) as raw materials and prepared by spray drying method [6].
FT-IR spectra is a commonly method employed to detect the change of the groups of the calcined attapulgite materials [22,27].

Materials and Methods Materials and chemicals.
P. lobata root sample was purchased from a local Chinese medicinal materials market in Qingchuan (Sichuan, China).
Voucher specimens were deposited in the herbarium of the College of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Engineering, Nanjing Tech University, China.
The possible reason for the increased yield might be due to the increase in swelling of plant materials by water, which increased the contact surface area between the plant matrix and the solvent.
Therefore, in order to make better use of plant materials, heat reflux extraction should be taken 3 times.

In 1961, Davenport first applied the concept of statistical theory on the wind load of engineering structure and got a wind spectrum which called davenport wind spectrum.
Currently most of the analysis models are set up according to specific engineering, so that the models lack of universal applicability.

An example of such an aesthetic and cost-effective design is the Fußgängerbrücke Töss footbridge – Fig. 1, designed by Swiss engineer Robert Maillart.
Its construction back in 1933 shows that saving of material can be achieved not only from fine mechanical properties of the new materials, but also from the appropriately chosen geometry and static arrangement.
Both mentioned structural systems consist of two interacting structures (arch, stress ribbon), which results in the complexity and the cost of the design despite the slender cross-sections and efficient use of materials.
The efficient usage of materials leads to more slender cross-sections, it is necessary to check sufficient stability.
The key part of the research is verifying the stabilizing effect of the external prestressing cable connected to the bridge deck.
