Abstract: In this paper, large scale wind turbine blade has been taken for example and two harmful conditions have been chosen as the study targets.
The design of wind turbine blade involves various fields, such as aerodynamics, hydromechanics, structural dynamics, composite materials, computer studies.

Abstract.
The BP neural network has the properties as follows: (1) Non-linear mapping ability, that is if it can provide the sufficient mood samples to train the BP network, the non- linear mapping relationship can be built between the input space- dimension n to output space- dimension m. (2) Generalization ability, that is when the network has completed the training, it can finish the right mapping from the input space to the output space. (3) Fault- tolerant ability, this means the network still can work when some samples are inaccuracy, and the research network can use random samples as the study materials when it has been built with these properties, it can build the corresponding relationship between the Kansei imago and the design elements of the product after been trained, after that we can input the left samples to check out whether the BP network can build the right corresponding relationship, if not, we need to adjust the study speed η, the inertia factor α and the concealed nodes.
With the rapid development of the science and tech, the brain science and the intelligent tech will service the Kansei engineering more efficiently to help the designers design.
