However, the
main problem in producing high quality GaN films is the absence of suitable substrate materials,
since bulk GaN in wafer size is not available.
From the literature, the E2(high) mode varied widely from 564.9 to 571 cm-1 [11-13,17], depending on the growth parameters, purity of the materials and as well as the quality of the films.

Carrier gas is important in which raw materials produced without carrier gas contained many impurities of amorphous carbon and a number of carbonaceous particles around the CNTs, which have not formed CNTs [9].
Based on reported study, formation of bimetallic catalyst of Co and Fe probably assist in homogeneous dispersion of metal particles of support materials in the formation of higher quantities of CNTs [8].
The SEM micrographs of the MWCNTs shown in figure 1 demonstrated that MWCNTs grew densely over trimetallic catalysts with starting material of palm DHSA.

Research on the behavior of materials subjected to multiaxial loadings are closely related to areas such as physics, chemistry, mathematics and computer science and seeks to generate ideas, methods and concepts to provide precise answers to industrial and scientific problems and challenges.
Knowing and understanding behavior of materials in plane and spatial stress state is essential in design of machine elements and structural elements.
For materials with ductile preponderantly behavior, failure is initiated by the action of shear stresses.

Starch has become an important raw material in research of biodegradable materials and their application due to their abundance sources, low price, biodegradability.
Secondly, the starch-based foam can be completely biodegradable in the natural environment and its final products are CO2 and H2O, free from polluting to the environment, called a green buffer packaging which has the same function to the traditional corrugated cardboard, so it can replace the foamed plastic and paper, widely used in packaging industry such as electrical equipments , breakables and so on. 2 EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURES 2.1 Material Conventional cornstarch was obtained from market made in Zhuzhou.

Basically, polymer materials are on fire straightforwardly because under sufficient heat, polymer material produces combustible product lead to originate and propagate the fire.
Hence, it is enviable for all the polymer materials to own certain flame retardance properties to overcome the major fire issue.
The material was allowed to flow through the die.

Abstract.
Generally, production of gelatin involves three steps which is starting from pre-treatment of raw materials, thermal extraction and recovering process that include evaporation and drying processes.
Materials and Method Materials and Reagents.
The superfluous material from the fish skins were removed by cleaning and rinsing with running tap water.
