Abstract.
And statistics by casting materials, the zhuan 8A bogie side frame of ZG230-450 material and B grade steel is 12 pieces and 2 pieces respectively, the zhuan 8G bogie side frame of B grade steel is 2 pieces.
Obviously, these defects form stress concentration and become to the key factors affected the fatigue life of side frame.
