Xylanases play important roles in xylan hydrolyzation, so they are widely used in biopulping wood, bleaching pulp, and bioconversion of lignocellulose material to fermentative products [2].
Using these as the starting material for further iterations of mutagenesis and selection can yield proteins with significantly enhanced or novel functions.

Effects of Bias Voltage on Microstructure, Hardness and Bonding Strength of TiN Coating Deposited by High Power Pulsed Magnetron Sputtering Weijie Chang, Hao Zhang*, Xue Xue, Shuang Liu, Jianfeng Yang, Xue Zhang, Lin Long and Shuwang Duo** Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Surface Engineering, Jiangxi Science & Technology Normal University, Nanchang 330013, China swduo@126.com, zhangyinghao1985@126.com Keywords: TiN coating, bias voltage, microstructure, mechanical properties, HPPMS Abstract: The bias voltage exercises a great influence on micro-properties (morphology, preferred orientation, mechanical properties, etc.) of the coatings in the process of coating deposition.
With the rapid development of industry, the mechanical properties of material boost enormously that raised higher requirements for coatings.
In this study, we adopted high power pulse magnetron sputtering method and the magnetron cathode target material was selected with pure Ti target (120mm×80mm×7mm, purity of 99.99%) and the target power was adjusted by pulse power supply.

Introduction 1, 3-propanediol (1, 3-PD) product is a kind of important and promising chemical raw material, which can be used as solvents, antifreeze agents, protective agents, fined chemicals, polyester and polyurethane monomers [1].
There are two key roles in the ATAD process.
The testing device is a closed batch reactor with wrapping outer materials of insulation in a water bath.
The effective volume of the reactor is 2.8 L, and thickness of thermal insulation material is about 2 cm, accompanied by a mixing system, an aeration system, and a thermometer, etc.
So, the TSS removal efficiency can be predicted by equation (7) under conditions of fixed DRT, and the model can provide a theoretical guidance for wastewater treatment and engineering design.

Material/Methods: A recombinant vaccine was constructed by conjugating mouse alpha-fetoprotein to heat shock protein 70.
Materials and Methods AFP, HSP70 and conjugation Mouse AFP was purchased from the GenWay Biotech, Inc.
Lyophilized material was resuspended in sterile distilled water at 10 mg/ml, aliquoted, and stored at 70°C until use.
Additional enhancement of the T-cell stimulatory effect is DCs engineered to express murine AFP demonstrated a powerful ability to generate tumor-specific immune responses [13,14].

Materials and Methods Materials and chemicals.
P. lobata root sample was purchased from a local Chinese medicinal materials market in Qingchuan (Sichuan, China).
Voucher specimens were deposited in the herbarium of the College of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Engineering, Nanjing Tech University, China.
The possible reason for the increased yield might be due to the increase in swelling of plant materials by water, which increased the contact surface area between the plant matrix and the solvent.
Therefore, in order to make better use of plant materials, heat reflux extraction should be taken 3 times.
