Abstract: The deformation process of stainless steel particle sputtering on copper substrate to make coat was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software in the paper.
Compared with the vacuum coating technology, magnetron sputtering technology not only has good adhesion between the substrate films, the film thickness controllability, repeatability, and abroad sputtering materials, ability to sputter refractory metals, etc., but also has two prominent advantages which are a slower temperature rising of the substrate during sputtering and high sputtering rate.

Through DPS (Data Processing System) software, we can calculate grey relativity.
Studies show that science and technology business incubator enterprises occupied area with an average of 100㎡ is relatively reasonable, the science and technology business incubators in Wuhan are hatched the standard 4~5 times, and occupancy rate and hatchability of incubator don't match with incubation area, therefore, the infrastructure of science and technology business incubators in Wuhan is in a state of overbuilding.
Summary The author use the grey relational analysis method for Wuhan science and technology business incubator hatching capacity study, results and the actual situation has good consistency.
For these problems, the government should actively to find a solution strategy, in order to guarantee the stability development of science and technology business incubators in Wuhan.

In this work, nickel single crystals (impurities are less than 0.01%) grown using the Bridgeman method were studied.
Interference profilometry allows us to obtain a full picture of the surface morphology; therefore it is widely applied in different areas of science [5].
