Introduction 2-Keto-Gluconic acid (2KGA) is attracting interest with the annual production of 50,000–60,000 tonnes worldwide due to its key role as an intermediate for the manufacture of the safe antioxidant erythorbic acid (isoascorbic acid) [1,2]. 2-Keto-gluconic acid is produced from glucose via glucose dehydrogenation to gluconic acid, which is sequentially dehydrogenated to 2-keto-gluconic acid by membrane-bound glucose dehydrogenases and gluconic acid dehydrogenases.
Materials and Methods Microorganism and medium A strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens AR4 was screened and kept in our laboratory [8].

Abstract: This paper analyzes the importance of the wind farm wind speed prediction, as well as the different forecasting methods in various fields.
The main factors to affect the wind farm output is the natural wind speed, so future changes of the fast and accurate prediction of wind speed is the key, which can provide an important reference for the grid scheduling.

Keywords: fire-extinguishing efficiency; high-rise fire-extinguishing bomb; Gauss point; superfine powder
Abstract.
For putting out high-rise fire, relationship between fire-extinguishing cost and benefit is the key point.
Superfine powder extinguishing agent combines the advantage of chemical and physical suppression together through composite material, which can suppress flame combustion and smother flameless combustion effectively, it can also cover and cool the thermal radiation.
The structure of fire-extinguishing bomb In this simulation process, constitutive model of material and controls parameter were decided at first, LS-DYNA was used to pre-process the simplified model and AUTODYN was used to post-process this model, which solved the problem that it’s difficult in building the model and mesh this model.

Introduction
Silicon carbide and its physical parameters need to be understood for engineers or researchers
working on development of wide bandgap materials and electronics.
The pivotal aspects in exploration of silicon carbide based devices have been drawn to its attractive advantages in material and electrical properties.
Amongst all the properties distinguished from other rival materials and commonly used Si, the wide bandgap is the key to almost all advantages of using SiC in devices.
Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) analysis was used to investigate the crystalline quality of the material.
Another reason of this high value of RSH can be a degradation of carrier mobility due to the ion-induced damage in the material (both bulk defects and surface modulations).

Abstract.
Besides a quite dispersive arrangement and a higher investment cost due to the relatively high prices of equipments and materials for patented products, the guide wall built additionally between flocculation and sedimentation cannot totally avoid uneven distribution of water which affects the quality of water. The Domestic transformation technique for clarification tanks mainly includes the following three parts [4]: Firstly, add grid in the original reaction chamber to enhance the effect of reaction; Secondly, install the inclined tubes in the sedimentation areas to improve the precipitation efficiency.
In combination with the advantages of mechanical agitation clarification tank and Degremont high density sedimentation tank, Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design General Institute invented the centrally placed high density sedimentation tank process (SMEDI-I, SMEDI-II high density clarification tank).

Abstract.
To date, analytical methods proposed for the seismic design of joints are very few [2-5], and empirical formulas are typically adopted in engineering practices (e.g. the ACI 318M-08 building code [6]).
Softened constitutive model of cracked concrete Before cracking, concrete can be viewed as an isotropic material.
Cracked concrete can be viewed as an orthotropic material with biaxial loadings, in which the principal compressive strain ε2 is much smaller than the principal tensile strain ε1.
