FSP, previously was applied to low-melting-point materials such as aluminum alloys [3-6], has been researched for high-melting-point materials such as steel [7-10].
However, expensive price of these materials is a problem for practical application.
One of candidate materials is a Ti(C,N)-Ni cermet.
At the bottom face which contacts with a cast iron plate, adhesion materials are observed for the each tools.
