Abstract.
Material and Methods Characterization of Wastewater Sludge and Microbial Community Analysis.
A trace amount of Cu(II) was found to be a key factor for strain SK3 to display stable Mn(II) oxidation; this was shown especially important to widen the applicable pH range (to slightly alkaline) for Mn(II) oxidation by strain SK3.

Network teaching can not do without the network curriculum, and the key of network teaching design is the design of network course.
Of course, network curriculum design is complicated system engineering (including many links), needing to invest a lot of time and energy, strengthen the team cooperation.
Because the economic development of our country is not balanced, all the schools can not add advanced teaching equipment all of a sudden, but can add multimedia computer and teaching software through raising funds by a variety of channels, to create good material conditions for teachers’ role conversion.

Introduction
At present computer technology is widely adopted to set up multi-level network management subsystems such as the real-time data acquisition, result processing, comprehensive information query, personnel and material management, and communications in domestic and international sports events.
It can timely and accurately provide the coaches and athletes the related field information, and supplement the decision-making for competition, and reduce the key links of cheating behaviors in the athletic field.

The chiral alcohols and other chiral intermediates are the key chiral buliding block for chiral products [1].
The asymmetric reduction reaction of the corresponding ketones to chiral alcohols catalyzed by biocatalysts, especially whole-cell, including yeast cells [2], and other microorganisms [3] and plant cells [4] has become a research hotspot of chiral material production, due to its advantages such as outstanding enantioselectivity, mild reaction conditions and environmental friendliness, and regeneration of cofactor in situ in whole cells [5].
