In practical engineering, because of filling process, construction condition and the characteristics of filling materials, no matter what kind of filling way, the gob stowing cannot achieve ideal filling effect, the filling effect or extent cannot be continuous and uniform completely.
The main influential factor on the gob stowing effect is filling materials and filling extent.
The main influencing factors of gob stowing effect is filling materials and filling extent.
Different filling materials have different mechanical characteristics.

Al-Si matrix MMCs which are reinforced by alumina short fibers have been widely applied to piston materials [3-5].

Since the thin films have fiber orientation, the mechanical properties and the fatigue properties might be different form those of bulk materials [1, 2].
The materials used are electrodeposited copper foils fabricated by FURUKAWA CIRCUIT FOIL Co., Ltd (NC-WS, Cu99.99%).
However the value is much smaller than balk materials [5].

Introduction In common practice, fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites are produced by two or more phases of different materials.
This is mainly aimed to achieve specific properties that cannot be found in other individual materials.

Introduction Structural health monitoring (SHM) aims at giving, at every moment during the life of a structure, a diagnosis of the state of the constituent materials, of the different parts, and of the full assembly of these parts constituting the structure as a whole, see [1].

Performance depends on fiber volume fraction, fiber to matrix bonding (interphase) and void content, in addition to the properties of the constituting material.
There have been several investigations on dielectric analysis studying the structure and dynamics of various polymer [1, 2] and composite materials [3].
