With this 60-year long dataset they also detected a long-term trend of growth of Significant Wave Height along time and created Self Organized Maps (Camus et al. [5]) for key spots along the South and Central American coastline.
Materials and Methods This study addresses the application of the third generation wave model TOMAWAC (TELEMAC-Based Operational Model Addressing Wave Action Computation) to simulate the sea state over the SSBS (Fig. 1) over a period of 18 years, between 1997 and 2014, and the compression of the results to a single year in order to make it representative of the mean behavior of the waves at this location.
Allied to the analysis of the time averaged values, three key locations were selected for evaluation based on the results of the energetic power assessment of wind driven waves performed by Oleinik et al. [8].

Engineering Geological Conditions and Design of Piles Engineering Geological Conditions.
According to the experience formula in the engineering geology manual, the relative density of the added sand (Dr) is 0.24, modulus of compressibility (Es) is 5.0MPa and friction angle (φ) is 27.3°.
The stress is calculated according to the tested strain and the material index of pile.

The key to the patent was addition of a small amount of bismuth oxide which resulted in very attractive slag detachment.
However, the first constitution diagrams, beginning with that developed by Strauss and Maurer [2] in 1920, were developed for wrought materials, not weld metals.
Schaeffler [5] in 1947 developed the first constitution diagram for weld metal based on the modified Strauss and Maurer Diagram for wrought materials and the chromium and nickel equivalents that had evolved to date.
This was an important contribution providing guidance to the welding engineer in filler metal selection for a host of dissimilar metal joints.

Study about Planning and Construction of urban Based on Eco-city Theory ShunSheng WANG a, ChuanChang GAO b North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, Zhengzhou,450011, China a wss_ncwu@126.com, b gcc@ncwu.edu.cn Key words: Ecological; urban ecology; eco-city Abstract: Analysis the development and characteristics of eco-city theory, a case study of Zhengzhou new area, research on the practical application about planning and construction of urban based on eco-city theory, results show that:we should make eco-city theory combined with the actual circumstances of our country, and the ecological urban develop toward the healthy direction.
the charm of balance between city and natural[3].After Howard, his follower Raymond in his book published in 1922 , expound another kind of eco-city theory", its name is" satellite town "theory, it is a progress of " garden city "theory, and this theory is mainly applied in regional planning of Greater London ;In 1942, the Finnish architect Eliel (Eliel Saarinen ) put forward "organic evacuation" theory about the urban development and its layout structure to remission the malady produced by urban excessive concentration, this theory has an important influence on the evacuating from metropolitan area to suburb after World War II; In 1929, when the American architect Pelly was planning New York regional, he proposed "neighborhood unit" theory, aim at the reality that densely populated, housing crowded, living environments, and traffic accidents in big cities such as New York , it is not only a kind of innovative design concept, and become a kind of social engineering
Ecological city is intensive localities that ensure the coordinate development of social, economic, natural , and the efficient utilization of material, energy and information , fully fusion of technology, culture and landscape , full play of the potential in people and the nature , residents' physical and mental health, and constantly harmonious ecology .The planning and construction of Zhengzhou new area keeps most of the trees, and some facilities of agriculture , water conservancy, the lake surface, etc; It constructs the original several regional into city polymers connected together through their respective outspread development, organizes functions ,according to the principle of composite function, composites various functions in each component, strengthens the links between various functions , shortens the travel distance, creating the urban function group with vitality.
