Abstract.
Introduction Currently, the core and key of without position sensor brushless DC motor control study is framework rotor position signal detection circuit, from the software and hardware aspects to indirectly obtain reliable rotor position signals to trigger the power device that drive motor running.
Eddy current effect method [12] is attached to the non-magnetic electrically conductive material in the surface, by measuring eddy currents in conductive material generated by the rotation affect voltage of one phase to determine the rotor position.

The key to counter collusion tender is to introduce continuously new bidding enterprises and companies in bids, keeping the bidders different each time in bidding to destroy prerequisites leading to repeated games.
Materials about working experiences in the bidding party should be required to show, like certificates on pension and medical insurance provided by the local institutions of labor protection.
