Introduction Thermoelectric (TE) materials attract much interest for such applications as to heat pumps and power generators.
At present, the materials with highest TE performance are inter-metallic compounds such as Bi2Te3 [1-3].
The known material of NaCo2O4 was recently discovered to be good TE material [4,5] to encourage researchers for exploring new TE materials in metal oxides.
Thus, some 3d transition-metal oxides are candidates for new thermoelectric materials.

Thus, the temperature for annual, and seasonal were analyzed in detail to better understand the variation characteristic of temperature in Jarud Banner, in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of agriculture, and early warning of severe weather in Jarud Banner. 2.Materials, methods and Study area 2.1Materials and methods The average temperature date were from meteorological observation station of Jarud Banner during 1953-2011.
