In the casting process, there are several factors that affect the quality of casting products, including raw material, compositions, mold sand quality, drainage systems, melting systems, pouring conditions, and finishing products [3].
Casting defects such as hot tearing also commonly found in casting products, the defect will affect the material properties [4,5].
The advantage of the casting process produced some products with a complicated shape and size that close to the original products, simplifying the production process, and the mechanical properties are usually isotropic structure.
One material category was selected and would be expected to obtain the same composition of recycling alloy which affects the physical and mechanical properties of the material.

Its performance will directly affect the stability and service life of the instrument and equipment [1].
The effects of Gr content on the microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties of copper matrix composites were studied, which provided theoretical basis for the application of Gr/Cu composites.
The defects such as internal pores in composites will lead to the decline of the comprehensive properties of the composites.
This may be caused by two factors.

Analyzing these factors should be combined with practical condition.
So the bolt is not affected by any force. .
(3) Use appropriate thermal treatment method to improve the mechanical property of the self-adjusting bolt, and take surface strengthening measures, and improve its fatigue life.
And also take mechanical analysis to determine the most dangerous position.

Mechanical Properties of Deformed Interfaces in Bimetallic Joints F.Muktepavela and J.Maniks Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia, 8 Kengaraga St., Riga LV-1063, Latvia Keywords: interfaces, plastic deformation, strength properties, metals, eutectic alloys Abstract.
The objective of the present work is to investigate the mechanical properties of interfaces in bimetallic joints obtained under conditions of severe plastic deformations at room temperature by a special cold welding method.
To obtain the interfaces of metals with highly different mechanical properties, the softer metal is located between sheet specimens of a harder metal and separated from both sides by a hard foil.
The strength properties of the bimetallic joints were determined by shear tests.
It has been shown that the mechanical properties of interfaces depend on the nature of metals, adherence, and type of chemical interaction, extent of the preliminary deformation as well as on testing conditions.

Die casting defects occur because of failure of complex and diverse, from the analysis below of several failures in the form casting mold and start to explore the main factors in the practical application of some measures to improve the life of die-casting mold.
The plastic material toughness is associated with this phenomenon corresponds to the most important mechanical properties.
To maximize the potential of mold steel, heat-resistant mold steel is generally more than to go through repeated rolling or forging process pier, to destroy the original band structure, or carbide together to improve their mechanical properties.
mold and mold manufacturing precision manufacturing process.old and mold manufacturing precision manufacturing process, is also an important factor affecting the life of the mold.
Conclusions Die-casting die life is affecting product quality, production efficiency of the key.

Effect of SiO2 nanoparticles on the mechanical and low velocity impact properties of epoxy/glass composites Landowski Michał 1,a, Imielińska Krystyna 1,b 1 Mechanical Faculty, Gdańsk University of Technology, Narutowicza Street 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, Poland.
Hence rigid, inorganic particles have also been used as these can increase the toughness without affecting the Tg of epoxy polymer.
It is evident that various nanoparticles have high potential as resin reinforcement due to very large surface of particle/matrix interaction, however the majority of the results show only moderate improvements of the mechanical properties of nanoparticle –modified epoxy/carbon or glass fibre reinforced composites.
Thus energy absorption mechanisms such as nanoparticle debonding and microvoid formation can contribute to the enhacement of the mechanical properties.

Study shows that the cutting speed and feed is an important factor to determine the main cutting force.
Cutting heat affects the physical properties of metal materials as a product of the energy conversion.
Hardened steel has high mechanical strength and fatigue wear resistance, it is widely used in many fields, because of hardened steel cutting performance is poor, so it is hard to obtain accurate cutting force, cutting heat and other important data in the actual machining process.
Using single factor experiment method respectively to change cutting speed and feed rate and the main cutting force data results.
Conclusion Cutting speed increase lead to the main cutting force is reduced, but the influence of cutting speed on cutting force is small.Feeding is not the main factors of influencing the cutting force, but cutting force will increase with the increase of feed.Equivalent stress mainly distributed in the region of the blade, so the blade must to have stronger cutting performance.
