Abstract.
The key factor of the Cooperative grid is that upper and lower chord cables in any loading period must be guaranteed in tensile condition.
Through decreasing the temperature, the material is shrinked so as to generate the tensile stress.

Abstract.
Introduction SiC is considered as a post-silicon semiconductor for power electronics applications because its superior material properties guarantee lower power losses, higher efficiency, and smaller system volume and weight.
The key performance criteria for SiC JBS diodes are the low forward voltage drop, low reverse leakage current, and high surge current capability. 600V-1200V rated SiC vertical JBS diodes have been developed, following a roadmap, to address aforementioned technical barriers [1].

Abstract: In cases where a borehole has been dug in the ground and subjected to an explosive
load, the soil around the borehole wall will be abruptly compressed and a cavity will then be created
in the portion of the ground that is surrounded by the compressed soil wall.
This means that the rod, compressed by the impact load, includes a section where the material is compressed in concentration.

Introduction Since silicon carbide (SiC) is known as a material with many polytypes that show different characteristics, understanding the mechanism of layer growth as well as defect formation in the SiC crystal is fundamentally important to derive its appropriate performance.
The amount of adsorption and adsorption energy are key information to understand SiC crystal growth mechanism.

Key words: MSP430 MCU; BP network; pressure sensor; temperature compensation
Abstract: We introduce the high smart pressure sensor’s hardware-circuit design which based on Ultra-Low Power MSP430 MCU, analyze the BP network algorithm in temperature compensation to deal with the pressure sensor’s temperature drift, and collect pressure sensor’s temperature and pressure signals by MCU for offline training in BP network.
The diffused silicon pressure sensor is made in semi-conductor material, which output is not only determined by the input pressure but also influenced by the variation of circumstance temperature, thus will produce temperature drift phenomenon, in addition nonlinear and the device package itself will also affect its accuracy.
