Study on Magnetron Sputtering Process of Stainless Steel Particles Sputtering on Copper Substrate Based on LS-DYNA Zhiping Zhang1,a, Hanwu Liu2,b, Haimei Feng2,c, Zhijun Liu2,d 1Sch. of Humanities and Social Sciences, North China Institute of Science and Technology, Sanhe, Hebei, 065201, China 2Sch. of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, North China Institute of Science and Technology, Sanhe, Hebei, 065201, China azhipingzhanghk@sohu.com, bhanwu-liu@sohu.com Keywords: magnetron sputtering; selective absorbing coating; LS-DYNA software; temperature field distribution; particle; substrate Abstract: The deformation process of stainless steel particle sputtering on copper substrate to make coat was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software in the paper.
Compared with the vacuum coating technology, magnetron sputtering technology not only has good adhesion between the substrate films, the film thickness controllability, repeatability, and abroad sputtering materials, ability to sputter refractory metals, etc., but also has two prominent advantages which are a slower temperature rising of the substrate during sputtering and high sputtering rate.
