In fact, the effects improves in vitro crystal growth of calcium phosphate and an osteoconductivity concerning hydroxyapatite (HAp) which have been used as materials to repair, replace or augment parts of the skeletal system [2,3].
Materials and Methods The BG, with Na2O 24.5, CaO 24.5, SiO2 45.5 and P205 6.0 wt%, was prepared using reagent grade powders of Na2CO3, CaCO3, SiO2 and Na2HPO4 by melting in a Pt crucible at 1350°C for 2h, and then annealed at 500°C for 10h.

Actually, in manufacturing system, there are many factors, such as personnel, equipment, materials, and so on, may cause the assembly line existing bottleneck procedures, which make some process operating time higher than the ta-kt time, besides the production bottlenecks can restrict the production capacity and efficiency of the whole production line directly, that is to say that the production bottlenecks constrain the utilization of man-hours directly.

A microwave assisted synthesis/extraction reactor, XH-100B , purchased from Beijing XiangHu Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd, was used.
Although there were some little noise peaks from unreacted starting materials remaining in the products, the target ionic liquids were successfully synthesized.
Structure analysis showed that the target products were successfully synthesized, but the starting materials were extremely hard to removed from the products.
