It can predict the actual force magnitudes or their dependence on material types and cutting conditions.
Because the material of the grinding wheel is CBN, whose specific heat and density are dependence at low temperature, so they can be assumed to be constant. 3D element type was SOLID70 which has eight nodes which have only one degree of freedom for temperature and three directions for heat conduction.

The effective ways to achieve these goals are to select materials with better environmental performance, improve the utilization of parts and extend the life cycle of the equipment
There are five factors affecting the degree of the equipment modularity are: (1) structure interaction; (2) force interaction; (3) signal interactive; (4) energy interaction; (5) material interaction.

Observed through microscope, most metal material is composed of many small grains.
The traditional materials science thinks that the materials with small grains have better general mechanical properties (such as stretched intensity, tenacity, plasticity and so on) relatively, and the size of grain can still affect the tired intension of metal [2].
