Compared with the experimental results, it is showed that the accuracy of the theoretical calculation formula can meet the practical requirements, which provides theoretical calculation basis for engineering practice.
From Table 3, it is establiahed that calculation of the formula 1 is accordance with the experimental results of a higher degree of accuracy to meet the engineering application.
It provides a theoretical support for application of the engineering practice.

Study on Test of the Influence of Moisture Content on Creep Property of Sandy Slate Coarse-grained Soil LIU Qun1,a,WANG Xiang1,b,SONG Xiaodong2 1School of Civil Engineering,Central South University,Changsha 410075,China 2Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Railway Hunan Corporation,Changsha 410075,China achongerfei26@163.com, bIrvingwang1992@163.com Keywords: coarse-grained soil; uniaxial test; creep property; moisture content.
Abstract:Coarse-grained soil is widely used in subgrade engineering, creep property of which is the important factor that affects long-term settlement of fill embankment.
Thirdly, in order to decrease long-term settlement of subgrade, it is recommended that sandy slate coarse-grained soil under dry or saturated conditions could be used as fillers of subgrade engineering.

Recently, rapid advances in smart sensor and wireless communication technologies have made wireless smart sensor network widely used on the field of civil structure monitoring.
Law [4] invented a wireless module monitoring system(Wireless Modular Monitoring Systems, WiMMS) for health monitoring of large-scale civil structures, which embedded signal processing algorithms in sensor nodes  taking advantage of the processing ability of the smart sensors.
To have a general idea of the dynamic properties of the bridge, a finite element model is modeled with Midas/Civil(Fig.5).
