Abstract: Suspen-dome is a kind of large-span prestressed hybrid structure, To understand the influence of radial restraining stiffness to structural mechanical response, and to ensure radial restraining stiffness reliable during designing, a rib 3 type suspen-dome and corresponding single layer lattice shell were selected, their static response under different radial restraining stiffness were
The important parameter that influence mechanical response of suspen-dome include: structural geometrical configuration, element section character, material character, prestress value, radial restraining stiffness[5-6].

Abstract.
Introduction It usually needs a variety of transducers to conduct a measurement task in engineering practice.
They are typical examples and have been used widely in engineering fields such as aerospace, aeronautic, civil engineering, automobile, auto-control and industrial robot, etc [9, 6, 10, 11].
All components of the prototype are made from 2Cr13 stainless steel and the detailed material and geometric parameters are given in [7].

Power industry as the large user of energy production and consumption is the key field of energy saving and emission reduction.
From the point of view of engineering, this paper takes the compression refrigeration combined cycle air-cooled system as an example and makes economic analysis, together with estimating its contribution to energy saving and emission reduction.
Investment involves civil engineering, equipment, automation, installation and unforeseeable costs etc, while operating expenses incorporate water, electricity, depreciation, maintenance, labor costs and so on.
